Venturous Vanguard Video Festival (VVVF)

Curated by Shoshana Brand, 2004 and 2005.
International video festival featuring short videos from the Nederland, Canada, Russia, Italy, England, the Czech Republic, and the United States. The theme of the 2004 festival was “City Life”. The theme of the 2005 festival was “This Insane World”.
The festival was screened throughout the city of Los Angeles, USA, and in 2005 also in Kunming and Shanghai, China.
The festival represented works by professional video artists, and in 2005 it also displayed videos created by teens, age 14-17.
